If by it already December were spoken to beginning (just here): E-TEN is working to a new Pocket PC Phone endowed Edition of an integrated receiver GPS whose commercialization is attended for March. Now they are appeared new information on the new device. G500 will be called and is already available the first images.

The technical characteristics of the G500 resume those of the recent M600, therefore like the design that factor recalls forms and dimensions of last Pocket PC Phone of E-TEN. The G500 will be equipped of a display with dimensions from 2,8"with resolution QVGA. Characteristic remaining sees the presence of:

Processore Samsung S3C2440A – ARM 9 400MHz
Quad Band GSM/GPRS Class B
128MB of Flash ROM and 64 MB SDRAM
Display from 2.8” LCD TFT (64K color) – 320 x 240
Slot of expansion miniSD
Bluetooth v.1.2 class 2 – support A2DP Profile
Integrated receiver GPS SiRFStarIII
Camera CMOS from 1.3M with Flash

Unfortunately, the new G500 will be unprovided of Wi-Fi and the necessity to integrate receiver GPS in the advanced part of the device has carried to the movement of the slot of expansion of the ignition key on the left side.

The device would have to arrive on the market for the end of March. Information are still not had on the price.
