錸德科技於日本市場深耕有成，輸往日本之出口成長率為全國之冠，獲頒由經濟部國貿局舉辦「96年度金貿獎」的行政院院長獎─重點拓銷市場出口成長率第一名，彰顯了錸德於全球品牌佈局的努力與成果，也落實政府積極拓展外銷與展現品牌競爭力的重要目標。

本次金貿獎主軸為「經貿台灣，耀眼全球」，除肯定優良進出口廠商積極拓展外銷、促進我國經貿發展之貢獻外，並希望進出口廠商持續與政府共同為台灣的貿易努力，提升經貿競爭力，達到「經貿台灣˙耀眼全球」的目標。據國貿局表示，全年出進口實績達1,800萬美元以上者，全國有2,147家廠商，此次頒發的「行政院院長獎」包括96年度出進口實績前10名、出口成長率前10名、重點拓銷市場出口成長率各前2名及績優公營事業出進口實績前2名。在激烈的競爭中，錸德科技於日本市場的出口成長率高達87.36 ％，脫穎而出，躍居全國之冠而獲此殊榮。

錸德深耕日本市場有成，除了市場佔有率逐年攀昇外，以卓越的產品品質及完善的售後服務打響品牌知名度，在外國品牌生存不易的日本市場，一舉成功進軍日本3c連鎖通路、大型量販店及虛擬網購等，成為穩固的供貨廠商之一，銷售範圍更包含全日本。此外，錸德完整的全球佈局也積極進行，在藍光dvd戰局中，第二季錸德以穩扎穩打的態勢，搶佔全球市占率18 ％，躍居全球第三大藍光dvd製造廠，僅次於松下與新力。在dvd單面雙層光碟片部分，據知名市調機構boc資料顯示，錸德第二季全球市占率更高達30.53 ％，成為全球排名第一，如此的傲人成績更突顯了錸德在製造與品牌的積極經營與成果。
