近來有客戶接獲自稱XX營運處退款部人員電話，表示要退還ADSL保證金，請其與0941XXXXXX之特定電話聯絡，HiNet特別澄清申辦HiNet ADSL並不需要繳交保證金！為保障自身權益，若客戶接獲來路不明電話，請打123向當地營運處或0800080412向客服中心求證。
