SAMSUNG 其它手機討論無法連線...

不知道有沒有人遇過我這樣的問題....
我之前都還能夠順利的下載圖鈴，但今天突然就不行了...
連線步驟都沒有錯，不知道是傳輸線的問題，還是手機的問題??
通常會出現以下兩種情況︰
1. 一 run PCLink就出現以下錯誤訊息︰
Some PC’s may experience problems when connecting the phone.
If you experience a problem, first try connecting and re-connecting the cable to the phone.

If this does not solve the problem, close PCLink and disconnect the phone.
Run PCLink and then connecting the phone to the cable.

2.如果沒出現上面的訊息，就是以下情況...
按連線icon之後，仍會出現連線到100%...
但接下來就又跑出“確定傳輸線有連接好，或是確定手機電源有先關掉...”
問題是如果傳輸線沒連好，或是電源沒關，根本不會出現連線到100%啊....

有沒有人有我這個問題呢？謝謝....
