最新免費symbian簽名方式
今後的簽名方式為以下四種：
1.open signed online
2.open signed offline
3.express signed
4.certified signed
只有第一種open signed online不需要publisher id，這就是我們今後需要的免費簽名方式

the main features of this signing option are:
•； the process is online
•； no publisher id is required
•； no symbian signed acｃｏｕｎｔ is required
•； no tool downloads are required, so it is platform independent
•； all user and most system capabilities may be requested （excludes the restricted system capabilities commdd, diskadmin, networkcontrol, multimediadd and device manufacturer capabilities）
•； applications are restricted to one device, specified by imei
•； there is no cost to developers.
how to sign applications using open signed — online without a publisher id
this signing option requires no symbian signed acｃｏｕｎｔ, no tools download, and no publisher
id. you will need to supply a valid email address as part of the submission process. signed
applications will be stored by the portal for 30 days from completion of signing.
step1：go to the symbian signed public website and access the service
1. go to www.symbiansigned.com and click on the symbian signed overview tab.
2. from the welcome page click on the open signed online link to go to the online submission page.
3. enter the requested information in the online form, including device imei and your name or username if you have one.
4. ｓｅｌｅｃｔ the capabilities required by your application.
5. on your local machine, navigate to the sis file of the application you are submitting for signing.
6. enter the security code displayed and prompted for.
7. click to view the legal agreement. 8. click on close after you have read the legal agreement.
step2：supply a valid email address
you will need to supply a valid email address, to which a link to your signed application will be sent when signing is complete.

step3：confirm your email address
an email will be sent to you containing a link to confirm your email address. click the link to confirm.
step4：access your email acｃｏｕｎｔ to download your signed application
an email will be sent to you containing a link to your developer certificate signed application sis file. click the link to download your application.

剛剛查了一下～上面的內容來自 Symbian 官方在 2007年11月出版的 "Symbian 簽證 完全指南"一書中第11頁裡面提到的 Open Signed Online 沒有 Publisher ID 的簽名方式
另外我發現在 NOKIA 官網 2007年12月18日發佈的 "Symbian Signed 的最新變化"內容裡也提到了以上免費認證的文章,免費認證部份（沒有 Publisher ID 的簽名方式）和上面的文章大同小異
所以,其實在去年就有蛛絲馬跡,只是大家都沒去注意到而已!!

我在想～到時候全部要簽名的網友提出申請（台灣加上大陸就好）, Symbian 負荷的了嗎??

自己簽應該比較快吧，打幾個字改一下字，一下軟體就自簽完成，改在網頁上簽...不知道安全性如何?不管如何還是推啦！

還有在 Open Signed Online 的簽名方式中有分為有 Publisher ID跟沒有 Publisher ID的不同簽名方式,有Publisher ID 的須繳年費200美金,簽一個sis程式 20美金,憑証期限是36個月,但他是准許被販售的,一個sis程式最多可以用在1000支手機（程式可以賣給1000支手機使用） ,沒有 Publisher ID的簽一個sis程式只能用在一支手機裡面,這方面我就比較搞不懂了,為什麼要販售,1支手機灌一個程式,應該也沒人去買程式,其中必有古怪,將來的程式是不是都要用買的才使用的到.................畢竟這個市場蠻大的!!
