個資修正

請問一下，前一段時間我想要修改個人資料，卻發現修改後按完成之後，卻出現了錯誤畫面，原以為是哪裡沒修改好或瀏覽器問題，但之後又嘗試了從Firefox Chrome Opera IE Safari Netscape等數款瀏覽器和輸入各種不同組合的資料，卻發現依然只會出現以下錯誤畫面，請問可以給個解決方案嗎? 而且貴站的資料庫是不是應該要更新了，都縣市合併了
