因應行動網際網路時代來臨，手機上網收取郵件又有新突破！大眾電信整合手機介面，用戶以PHS 手機收取電子郵件時，也可一併讀取電腦的PowerPoint、Word、Excel 檔，不再限於傳統電子郵件的主旨及內文。
大眾電信目前PHS 拇指情報用戶超過二十萬戶，是國內行動數據服務用戶數最多的電信業者。其中，其中個人化的MyMiMi服務有近萬個用戶，十月初推出我的郵件功能後，流量較先前增加三倍。大眾電信表示，由於手機多半未支援Windowns的檔案資料格式，因此一般用戶以手機收發電子郵件時，便只能讀取郵件的主旨和內文，無法開始郵件夾帶的附屬檔案，大眾整合手機介面把郵件夾帶的附屬檔案，轉化為PHS手機格式，包括PowerPoint、Word、Exc el、Jpeg、 Gif、html等資料格式，都可以透過手機開啟及閱讀。
大眾表示，配合用戶以手機接取郵件需求，目前該服務搭配有內建大型彩色螢幕的PHS J9 5 使用，除了可同頁顯示圖文外，也可開啟並儲存圖片、MIDI檔等特有功能，運用多元化。未來我的郵件服務還計劃增加回信、編輯及列印檔案資料等功能。

這一則是phs的消息，干i-mode何事？
小弟只是眼見phs各項功能一次又一次的超越了i-mode，心中有點納悶而已！？

廣告跟實際上是有落差的...
就技術上
不相信能如它說的那樣子完美....
且手機原本就先天不足(手機硬體不強).後天失調.(網路傳輸)

這是為荷蘭和德國的i-mode使用者所設計的
基本上要跟台灣的i-mode相容應該不成問題
不過我沒有用過 所以無法告訴你好不好用

A remarkable example is 24ACCESS, a service which enab les your i-mode handset to remotely communicate with 1 or multiple PC’s.
Spectra Technology Solutions aims primary at the small entities of independant professionals. Michel Shuqair, one of the founders of Spectra Technology Solutions: "24ACCESS is born as a result from our own frustration. You’re visiting a customer and just want to see one of your latest documents. Fax it, email it, whatever. But you’re colleague can’t find the document on your computer or the secretary or p.a. already left home. You didn’t bring your laptop and there is no way to dial-in anyway...."
24ACCESS enables you directly to remote control the main functions of your PC. The most important is 100% control of Outlook. But also applications like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
